About Your Role

As an SDET/Test Automation Engineer, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Your expertise will uphold our high standards and deliver reliable solutions to clients. You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams to identify issues, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your skills for a significant impact on our product offerings and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed quality assurance testing for software products.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Apply best practices in quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts.
  • Participate in peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Karate for UI and API testing.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter.
  • 2+ years of experience integrating AI-driven test optimization techniques to enhance test coverage and reduce execution time.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, AWS Lambda, and containerized environments (Docker).
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams, utilizing Playwright for modern web automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience and/or certifications).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional automated testing tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with security testing practices and tools like Fortify.
  • AWS Associate Certification.
  • ISTQB/AI Testing Certification.

Schedule

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. In-person collaboration is required as it supports onboarding and productivity.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position. All offers are contingent on standard background checks, including U.S. Government checks for federal, state, or local contract roles.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington.
