SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET to join a high-performing QA Automation team supporting enterprise-scale financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other tools
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and quality assurance
• Perform exploratory testing and contribute to the enhancement of existing test cases
• Identify and document bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation
• Proficiency in Selenium, Python, and other automation frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Knowledge of database testing and SQL
• Experience with API testing and RESTful services
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices
