SDET Lead

About the Role

Hands-on leader in the testing organization with an in-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies. You will study test frameworks in the market, perform technical analysis, and design software/firmware automation test architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design, and advanced Test Management strategies.
• Improve testing effectiveness, cost, and quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements.
• Lead the design, development, debugging, and implementation of test automation.
• Plan the schedule for test activities.
• Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices.
• Research and implement advanced features in test automation.
• Provide consultation on the most complex testing strategies.
• Offer training and technical support to test program users.
• Develop and enhance automation skills within the team.
• Design, enhance, and ensure future growth of test automation architecture and framework.
