About the role
Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a SDET to join their team. As a SDET, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Mobile Development Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance mobile test automation frameworks to ensure software quality across various devices and tablets.
- Implement new testing frameworks for upcoming products and features, fostering innovation in testing approaches.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold standards, procedures, and quality improvement processes.
- Maintain automated regression suites to adapt to evolving requirements and features.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Testing.
- Proficiency in developing and documenting UI automation and application framework enhancements using Java and Appium.
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Test Automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Strong development skills in Core Java, JavaScript, and UI frameworks like React.
