About the role

The opportunity is to support clients in transforming their business problems through engineering solutions. As an FSO DevOps Engineer Senior Analyst, you will be based in our Service Delivery Center, working closely with engineering teams to establish and maintain DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.

  • Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to the development team.

  • Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation.

  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure as a Code Development (IAC) skills using DevSecops pipeline

  • Proven experience in DevSecOps or a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS

  • Azure DLT (Besu, Canton)

  • Azure (e.g., Azure VMs, VNet, Azure AD, Key Vault, Storage, Functions)

  • DevOps (Experience with CI/CD tools and secure software development practices)

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java)

  • Git-based workflows and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)

  • CNAPP

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep (or CloudFormation for AWS)

  • Networking, IAM Policies, cloud-native security controls

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Skills

  • Technical expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS

  • Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD

  • Knowledge of Azure DLT and Azure services

  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Bicep

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$67,000 to $136,800 base salary range in all geographic locations in the US, and $80,300 to $155,300 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).

Schedule

Hybrid work model with 40-60% of time spent in-person on engagements, projects, or years.
