Duties
- Assist members with inquiries via live chat, phone calls, email or video chat.
- Address members' needs promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Learn and utilize ITM software to perform Teller transactions in DNA.
- Deepen knowledge of financial products and services to better serve members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- A high school education is required.
- One year of experience in an operational, technical or member service role at a financial institution.
