About the role

The Scrum Master Senior within PNC's Asset Management Group organization is based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Birmingham, AL; Denver, CO; or Phoenix, AZ. The role requires experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, and managing risks.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and Release Planning activities.
  • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and technology partners on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, DevOps culture, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers that could impact sprint commitments, release timelines, or overall program delivery.
  • Partner closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD practices, streamline release processes, improve deployment efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous delivery.
  • Monitor Agile delivery metrics and team health indicators, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and throughput, to drive transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across the team.

Pay

Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
