Scrum Master (Risk Management) : Job Level - Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive predictable delivery outcomes by facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews) in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team.
• Act as a change agent to enable delivery by removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving timely follow ups across the development team and key partners.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized, and estimated backlog in partnership with the Product Owner and team, ensuring shared understanding of business requirements.
• Use delivery metrics to assess and monitor team performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities enhancing transparency and predictability.
• Work closely across teams (squads) and with Fleet Leads to align goals to ensure priorities align with scope of the fleet inclusive of status reporting.

Experience

• 3-5 years relevant experience working on Technology projects related to Financial Services domain as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to adapt and learn quickly are key to success in the role.
• Strong delivery management experience with a hands-on approach, including a track record of enabling team execution.
• Experience working within Agile lifecycles, using tools such as JIRA and Rally.

Bachelor's degree required. Agile certification and/or PMP a plus.
