Scrum Master / QA Engineer | Contract (Lithuania Only)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Scrum Master / QA Engineer for our client in the telecom sector. The position will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and will work remotely within Lithuania only.

Responsibilities

• Performing both manual and automated testing (test case creation, execution, and follow-up)

• Understanding dependent systems and validating integrations end-to-end

• Maintaining and monitoring test environments to ensure service availability

• Coinciding with dependent teams to secure and validate test data

• Supporting production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing clear defect descriptions to developers

• Driving agile ways of working, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring Scrum processes are followed
