Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team velocity and productivity
• Track and communicate sprint progress, team metrics, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
• Coordinate cross-functional team dependencies and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and agile methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about team development and agile transformation
