Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a mid-to-senior level Scrum Master for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract engagement. This role calls for a technically grounded Agile practitioner who can drive delivery across infrastructure, security, and application teams while leading complex integration and automation initiatives with both US-based and offshore resources. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery across infrastructure, security, and application teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion across technical disciplines Drive complex integration and automation projects through all phases of planning and execution Coordinate US-based and offshore resources to maintain seamless collaboration and delivery continuity Bridge cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and keep initiatives on track Engage in early morning meetings (7–8 AM ET) as needed to support distributed team coordination Qualifications Strong Scrum Master experience at a mid-to-senior level Solid technical background with the ability to engage credibly across engineering disciplines Demonstrated ability to operate across infrastructure, security, and application teams Proven track record leading complex integration and automation projects Experience coordinating onshore and offshore resources in a distributed delivery model Compensation $65-$75/hour
