Scrum Master

The Role

Lead Agile teams in delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions for national security missions.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage priorities, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users.
Drive delivery accountability and proactively remove blockers to ensure efficient team operations.
Support the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities within a secure cloud environment.
Operate at the intersection of program management and technical delivery, translating complex efforts into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project management and development workflows.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Secret security clearance is required.
