Key Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for two dedicated Scrum teams (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively, ensuring team engagement and adherence to agile principles.
- Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Coach the Product Owner in creating and maintaining clear and concise Product Backlog items, prioritizing effectively, and understanding the needs of stakeholders.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
- Help the team understand and implement empiricism.
- Leverage your experience with Fullstack development methodologies and challenges to facilitate communication and collaboration between Fullstack developers and Salesforce-specific developers.
- Help the team navigate complexities inherent in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
- Facilitate discussions around technical debt, architectural considerations, and best practices that span both Fullstack and SFDC Domains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Proven experience working with software development teams that include both Fullstack developers and Salesforce developers (SFDC).
- Demonstrable understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud OR Service Cloud functionalities and development ecosystem.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) required.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and values (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Scrum certifications (CSPO, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce development methodologies (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
- Technical background in software development (e.g., hands-on coding experience).
- Experience in a regulated industry (if applicable to your company).
