About the role
Lead Agile delivery and business analysis activities for product and process initiatives that support business goals. Partner with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and user experience teams to define requirements, manage the backlog, and improve delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices to improve planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Remove delivery impediments, escalate risks when needed, and help the team maintain progress against sprint commitments.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align priorities, business objectives, and delivery timelines.
- Clarify functional requirements for development teams and support solution decisions through gap analysis, process analysis, and impact assessment.
- Track and report sprint progress, team velocity, delivery metrics, and requirement status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master work, or Agile project delivery within a technology or product environment.
- 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle management and documentation tools.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical specifications and workflows.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or equivalent certification-based experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting user experience and user interface requirements with design and product teams.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated technology environments.
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of financial services and payment systems.

$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
