TEAM MEMBER-SCROLL MACHINERY NIGHTS

*Pay Rate $19.92 per Hour*

• Night Shift: 3:50 PM- 2:30 AM
• Based in our Natchitoches, LA location
• You will work in our Scroll Machinery department

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic parts.
• Operates machinery/process in assigned area.
• Work cross functionally between machines and areas.
• Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Verifies conformance of work piece to specifications.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assists in troubleshooting production problems.
• Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation.
• Trains other team members in assigned operations as needed, working in a team environment.
• Follow Work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.
• Maintain hourly/daily activity records supporting quality production.
• Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices
• Other duties, as directed.

Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years!

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Pass pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.

The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space. This climate-controlled facility is the third-largest manufacturing business in the area, and offers its 650+ employees many opportunities for advancement.
