About the role

The Scriptwriters & Producers role at Vizzy Labs is a full-time, remote position focused on developing scripted content from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Generating story ideas
• Writing and refining scripts and screenplays
• Collaborating with internal teams to align creative direction with project goals
• Planning and coordinating video production workflows
• Providing clear briefs and production notes
• Ensuring that content meets quality, timeline, and brand requirements
• Working closely with editors, designers, and technical staff
• Using AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency while maintaining consistent tone, structure, and narrative cohesion

Qualifications

• Strong narrative skills in Scriptwriting, Scripting, and Screenplays for a variety of formats (short-form, long-form, branded content)
• Hands-on experience with Video Production, including coordinating shoots, collaborating with creative teams, and understanding basic production workflows
• Proficient Writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and style to different audiences and platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools or willingness to learn and integrate new technologies into the content process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in creative or media-focused teams
• Relevant experience in film, television, digital media, or content production; a degree in Film, Media, Creative Writing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
