Screw Setup & Run Operator (2nd Shift) - Hamilton, OH
About the role
2ND Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday 4:00 pm to 2:00 am
Responsibilities
- Run Acme and Davenport screw machines.
- Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from the machine.
- Perform setup on screw machines, including tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
- Ensure conformance with quality specifications.
- Assist other operators with tool changes, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.
