Responsibilities
- Operate screw machines
- Maintain proper fluid levels for cutting oils and hydraulic fluid
- Load bar stock
- Perform basic operation of screw machines, such as powering the machine on and off
- Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure parts conform to Part Drawings and Setup Sheets
- Perform visual inspections
- Remove chips from machine and place in scrap bin
- Ensure machining operation is performed according to all documentation
- Inspect machined parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Complete applicable documentation as required
- Maintain work area in a clean and neat manner ensuring all tools, fixtures, materials, and other supplies are cleaned and put away at the end of every shift
- Perform other duties assigned by Site Manager
Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Read and understand all documentation
- Identify and use all required quality inspection tools including gauges, calipers, and other fixtures

Pay
Salary Range: $17.42 - $26.13/hr.
Schedule
Please note, this is a full-time, 1st shift position (6am - 2:10pm, Monday - Friday).
