Screen Room Tech (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Build, stretch, burn, and reclaim of screens
• Check monitors for incoming orders
• Notify management of discrepancies in work orders
• Ensure the correct screen size is placed on the machine
• Build, stretch, and burn screens for production’s use
• Review printed design on screens to ensure it matches with the image displayed on the monitor
• Properly label each screen once printed for production’s use
• Walk the production floor to collect any unused screens
• Utilize CTS and Liberator machines for screen burning purposes
• Inspect own work to ensure the highest quality product is provided
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support teamwork through active participation and helping team ideas work

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Experience/Knowledge Required: Previous experience working with computers, preferred; Previous experience utilizing information systems, preferred
• Results-oriented
• Strong, positive leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina
