Screen Production

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Screen Production Associate for a large, well-known client in Northwood, OH. This is a contract-to-perm position.

About the role

As a Screen Production Associate, you will collaborate with team members to cut and assemble window screen frames to changing specifications, using a computer-driven measuring device.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products constantly to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines; notify others of existing or potential safety issues.
• Assist in other work areas when workload permits or requires.
• Promote teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation, such as production reports.
• Assemble various components based on customer specifications and quality standards.
• Thoroughly inspect products for defects or errors.
• Verify size, color, and configuration of production utilizing labeling systems.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Job requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner.

Pay

$16.00 / hour

Schedule

1st shift: 6AM to 4:30PM Monday to Thursday. Overtime is possible on Fridays.
