Screen-Printing Associate (Part-Time)

Position Summary

This position will operate screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality screen printing of custom designs onto T-shirts, maintain the printing process from setup to completion and assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and distributing the inventory. This is a part-time position with daytime hours up to 20 hours per week, depending on business needs; availability may vary based on production schedules and workload.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment and heat press
• Prepare T-shirts by accurately producing orders based on submitted order forms
• Review artwork and designs for print quality and accuracy before production
• Perform quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Maintain production schedules while meeting established deadlines
• Package completed orders for pickup or shipment
• Clean, organize and maintain printing equipment and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Support operations department and the warehouse with any other needs and assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Screen printing experience preferred
• Knowledge of printing techniques, equipment and materials preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ability to do meticulous work producing high-quality production
• Basic computer skills for managing print schedules and merchandise order tracking
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfort with working in a screen-printing environment that may involve exposure to inks and chemicals
