Screen Printing and Laser Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing and laser equipment for flex circuit production
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to specifications
• Monitor print quality, register, and material thickness throughout the production process
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on screen printing equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Screen Printer, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related field
• Strong understanding of screen printing principles, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with rigid-flex assembly is a plus!
