Role: Screen-Printing Operator Responsibilities Operate screen-printing equipment to apply lettering and designs on plastic and metal products.Set up fixtures for production runs and ensure proper alignment.Clean screens between colors and production cycles to maintain quality.Inspect printed items for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.Assist in training junior team members to develop their skills.
