L2 Brands is looking for a Screen Print Pre-Press Technician to join our Hanover, PA team. This behind-the-scenes role keeps our screens print-ready and our production line moving. At L2 Brands, we produce apparel under brands like League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, Wild Tribute, and our Home Décor collection. Every great print starts with a great screen—this is your chance to be part of that process, working with hands-on equipment, learning the craft, and helping us deliver quality apparel our customers love.

Responsibilities

• Keep the day-to-day screen-making process moving for all screen print operations
• Run and troubleshoot the Eco Rinse Machine, EcoTex Reclaim Machine, and DTS machines
• Check every screen for accuracy and quality before it hits the production line
• Share best practices for screen use with teammates
• Keep production on schedule and help fine-tune the process
• Embody L2 Brands' Core Values every shift

Requirements

• No prior experience required—we provide hands-on training
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-starter attitude with solid time management skills
• Comfort with basic math (adding, subtracting, percentages)
• Team-first mindset and a can-do attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, and stay active on your feet throughout the shift

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
