Screen Print | DTF Print Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing and/or DTF printing equipment
• Maintain and clean printing equipment, screens, platens, and related tools
• Prepare artwork, films, and screens for production (screen printing as applicable)
• Load and unload garments or transfer sheets accurately and efficiently
• Perform quality control checks throughout production, ensuring color accuracy, alignment, and print quality
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with company safety standards
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals and deadlines
• Collaborate with design, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order execution

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating screen printing or DTF machinery (preferred)
• Familiarity with heat press equipment and DTF transfer processes
• Screen Printing Ability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Basic computer skills for reviewing digital files and job instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus Skills

• (Not Required) Experience with RIP software or DTF printing software
• Knowledge of pretreatment and curing processes
• Color matching or Pantone experience
