About the Role
Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects. You’ll cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs while working closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving. Perform daily equipment inspections, communicate maintenance needs, and follow site safety standards to maintain a clean, organized work area.

- Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects
- Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specifications
- Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to maintain production
- Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements
- Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects
- Experience with 637 and 657 push/pull scrapers
- Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions
- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
