About the role

The Program Director will lead an established ACGME-accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program in Scottsdale, Arizona. The position offers unique opportunities to develop a multidisciplinary Concussion & Neuro-Recovery Program, collaborate with Arizona State University on cutting-edge research, and expand the curriculum in various areas of rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program
• Teach and practice within HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital
• Collaborate across the Bob Bové Neuroscience Institute
• Develop a multidisciplinary Concussion & Neuro-Recovery Program
• Collaborate with Arizona State University on next-generation rehabilitation research
• Expand the curriculum in musculoskeletal medicine, spine, neurorehabilitation, electrodiagnostics, regenerative medicine, and interventional PM&R
• Facilitate faculty appointments with the ASU School of Medicine commensurate with experience

Requirements

• Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Minimum five years of ACGME Core Faculty, Associate Program Director, or Program Director experience
• Passion for resident education, mentorship, and academic leadership
• Interest in innovation, interdisciplinary care, and program development

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in PM&R
• Experience in teaching and mentoring residents
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to academic and research endeavors
