About the role

The Program Director – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Residency Program is seeking a visionary Board-Certified Physiatrist to lead an established ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program in Scottsdale, Arizona. Founded in 2019, the program has grown into a respected institution with dedicated faculty, robust health system support, and a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program with strong health system support.
• Teach and practice within HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital and collaborate across the Bob Bové Neuroscience Institute.
• Create and develop a multidisciplinary Concussion & Neuro-Recovery Program in partnership with Neurology, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Neuropsychology, Vestibular Therapy, and the new HonorHealth Medical Campus at Pima Center.
• Collaborate with Arizona State University on next-generation rehabilitation, AI, wearable technology, digital health, and translational research.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Experience leading a residency program.
• Strong clinical skills and academic background.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completed residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Active board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Experience in academic medicine and teaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Skills
