Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, gelato, or frozen desserts according to portion standards.
- Prepare cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including utensils, scoops, and serving areas.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Restock supplies, toppings, and cones as needed throughout the shift.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately at the register.
- Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, complaints, or special requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
