Client: Korean IT Services and IT Consulting – onsite in Plano, TX 75023. 1-year W-2 contract.

About the role

A Supply Chain Management (SCM) System Support Specialist who serves as the first point of contact for SCM system inquiries, resolves administrative problems by analyzing forecast, allocation, channel data (sell-out, inventory), and other SCM information, and ensures data integrity between SCM systems. The role involves communicating with business users, summarizing meeting notes, and relaying business needs to the development team at headquarters in Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for SCM system-related inquiries and resolve administrative problems by analyzing SCM-related data.
  • Attend meetings with business users, summarize meeting notes, and communicate with the development team in Korea to deliver business needs and requirements.
  • Validate new features and functionalities implemented in SCM systems, train users, and provide feedback to the HQ development team.
  • Maintain data interfaces between SCM systems, monitor for irregularities, and ensure continuity of business operations.
  • Provide technical and advisory resources to resolve problems and expedite support requests across the entire SCM system operations.

Requirements

  • Able to analyze SCM-related processes, data, and understand data interfaces between multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management (Forecasting, RTF, and Allocation) is a plus.
  • Advanced Planning system experience is a plus.
  • BS/BA or higher in an information management-related field.
  • Bilingual (Korean) required.
  • Proficient with Gen AI tools such as Claude Chat and Cowork+.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment, multi-task, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$80,000 to $95,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Schedule
