About the role

This position reports to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and operates on an onsite work model.

Responsibilities

• Support development and ensure communication and implementation of Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategies.
• Improve areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management.
• Ensure implementation, maintenance, and compliance of assigned SCM activities and initiatives.
• Support implementation of SCM standards, tools, and processes for MONM, including SCMIS Reporting, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability, and Regulatory Demands on SCM.
• Analyze data needs to identify best solutions and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and value for the SCM Organization.
• Create, maintain, and refine weekly reporting on PPV, COTD, SPPM, Spend, and Compliance, and drive insights from data files.
• Maintain data files and support activities for Supplier Conflict Mineral Compliance, Reach, ROHS, or any related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, finance, or information systems.
• Technical capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI (preferred).
• Good listening and communication skills with the ability to turn requests into reports and processes quickly.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
