The environment is appointment‑heavy with a consistent book of 8–10 clients per day, longer appointments, and proper consultations. Barbers receive 65% commission on services priced $45–$55 plus $5 per product sold.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine desired style.
• Perform scissor‑over‑comb cuts with a focus on clean transitions and natural finishes.
• Handle medium to long‑length hairstyles with precision.
• Maintain a client‑focused, detail‑driven approach throughout each appointment.
• Promote and sell retail products as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber (cosmo license acceptable).
• Confident with scissor‑over‑comb technique.
• Comfortable working medium to long‑length styles.
• Ability to create clean transitions and natural finishes.
• Client‑focused and detail‑driven work ethic.
• Instagram or portfolio showcasing previous work preferred.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $30.00 to $50.00 per hour, plus a 65% commission structure. Realistic earnings are projected at $70,000+ annually.
