SCIF Manager/IT Support (FC)

Synergy ECP is seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our organization in a hybrid role as a SCIF Manager and IT Support Administrator for one of our prime contracts. As the SCIF Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Additionally, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance and possess a strong background in both SCIF management and IT support. SCIF Manager Coordinate with facility management, security officers, and other stakeholders to ensure the SCIF meets all physical security requirementsDevelop and implement security protocols, procedures, and access controls to safeguard classified informationMaintain accurate records of access, visitor logs, and security incidents within the SCIFConduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standardsStay updated on changes in security regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain SCIF compliance IT Support Administrator Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applicationsAssist with user account management, password resets, and access control administrationConduct system upgrades and software installations as requiredMonitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practicesAssist in training end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices Requirements BS/BA Degree plus 10 years of related experience or no degree and 14 years of related experienceTS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is mandatoryProven experience in SCIF management, including setting up and maintaining SCIFsStrong knowledge of physical security protocols and requirements related to SCIFsProficiency in implementing and maintaining access controls, visitor management systems, and security documentationExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issuesSolid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applicationsFamiliarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and software installationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear technical instructions to non-technical individualsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously About Us Synergy ECP, a platform company with Falfurrias Capital Partners, has a talented, dedicated staff to provide a broad range of services to the defense and intelligence industries.
