Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of laboratory protocols
• Conducting experiments and analyzing data to advance scientific research
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the laboratory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Industrial experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
• Strong laboratory skills including organic synthesis, purification, formulation, analytical chemistry (LC, LC/MS, wet chemistry), and molecular biology (PCR, cell culture, Western blot)

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical and moral conduct
