Scientist II - Diagnostic Testing

Role Overview: The Scientist II is responsible for leading the development of rapid lateral flow assays for point-of-care diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and optimization of lateral flow assays to ensure reliable diagnostic performance.Define diagnostic criteria and select appropriate reagents for assay development.Verify test designs through independent experimental procedures.Contribute to technical reports and present data to team members and external audiences.Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project progress. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree with over 10 years or PhD with more than 3 years of immunoassay development experience.At least 1 year of experience with lateral flow or ELISA sandwich assays using blood and saliva samples.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific writing skills.Experience working in regulated laboratory environments.Effective presentation and communication abilities.
