Responsibilities
- Design & optimize formulations for stability, viability, and field performance
- Translate lab research into product-ready, scalable solutions
- Build assays and run experiments to drive fast, data-driven decisions
- Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and product teams
Requirements
- PhD + 2+ years in formulation, biotech, or product development
- Experience with live biological systems
- Hands-on problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end

Pay
Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 annually. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
