Responsibilities
- Perform routine and special histochemical staining
- Use computer-based laboratory tracking systems (Sample Manager) and Dream Path
- Section tissues/samples for advanced molecular techniques including spatial transcriptomics platforms
- Manage workload independently, prioritizing multiple tasks
- Work in a multidisciplinary research group in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
- Preferred: Histotechnologist Certification (HTL)
- Experience with tissue grossing, embedding, FFPE and OCT sectioning
- Experience with advanced molecular techniques, especially spatial transcriptomics platforms
