Scientist 1 Analytical Chemist - Entry Level

Job Description

Provide technical skill, analytical testing, and engineering support for design and development activities for various medical device products. Support current products in roles of quality, research & development, pilot-scale manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement. Focus will be on in vitro testing using biological materials. An understanding / training in biology is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM major (Examples: Chemistry, biology, microbiology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering)
• Experience / understanding of working in a lab
• Experience with biological work preferred
• Ability to write detailed technical protocols and reports
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to learn
