Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-resolution video and photographic content of satellite manufacturing processes, testing activities, and related operations using ENG and mirrorless cameras.
- Set up and operate professional video equipment, including cameras, tripods, lighting rigs, and audio devices, applying advanced techniques such as 3-point lighting to ensure optimal image and sound quality.
- Produce polished video content by editing footage using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software, incorporating title creation, audio mixing, color correction, and final output preparation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and communications teams to understand project objectives and deliver visual assets that accurately represent Boeing’s aerospace innovations.
- Manage media assets efficiently by offloading, organizing, and securely storing video and photographic files in accordance with Boeing’s data management protocols.
- Support video interviews by managing audio production and executing director’s creative vision with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain and troubleshoot video and photographic equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience operating ENG and mirrorless video cameras, with a strong foundation in photographic techniques.
- Proficiency in video production fundamentals, including composition, exposure, lighting (especially 3-point lighting), and audio capture.
- Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to assemble footage, apply color correction, mix audio, and add titles.
- Demonstrated ability to capture high-quality still photography to complement video documentation.
- Strong organizational skills for managing digital media assets and adhering to data storage protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and working within aerospace manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-speed or high-frame rate video capture technologies.
- Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or technical video production.
- Familiarity with virtual production workflows and emerging media technologies.
