Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of tumor-specific scientific engagement strategies
- Serve as the scientific engagement lead across cross-functional stakeholders
- Own the development of scientific and educational resources
- Ensure all scientific content is accurate, current, and compliant
- Drive operational planning of scientific engagement programs
- Oversee speaker onboarding and program effectiveness assessments
- Identify and maintain information on key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Lead scientific meetings and engagement activities
- Direct the company’s scientific presence at conferences
- Monitor key scientific milestones and communicate updates internally
- Champion scientific readiness among internal teams
- Drive scientific engagement initiatives across working groups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD or MD) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate complex scientific content
- Experience working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
