We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Department, Location, overview, responsibilities, qualifications & experience, core competencies, what success looks like, why join us. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to map content to headings: "About the role" could be the overview paragraph after location. "Responsibilities" is a big list. "Qualifications" maybe combine Qualifications & Experience and Core Competencies? The rules: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which are appropriate. We have qualifications & experience, core competencies (skills). Could have "Qualifications" and "Skills". Also "What Success Looks Like" maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or put under "About the role"? But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include it as a paragraph under maybe "About the role" or separate section not in list? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says use those for section headings, but not that we must limit to those; we could add other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect we use those standard headings when applicable. For "What Success Looks Like" we could treat as part of "About the role" or maybe as a separate section not in list but still heading? Safer to incorporate into "About the role" or maybe as a separate

titled "What Success Looks Like" though not in the list but still a heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. I'd include "What Success Looks Like" as its own

because it's substantive. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. At end there is "Kinetix is an equal opportunity employer..." remove. Also remove "This job description is intended to outline the general nature..." maybe boilerplate; remove. We need to preserve all substantive info: department, location, overview paragraph, responsibilities list, qualifications & experience list, core competencies list, what success looks like list, why join us paragraph. We need to format lists with
