About the role

This role is responsible for managing the institute’s research projects and ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee research projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and adjust as necessary to maintain financial integrity.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or business).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to research projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
