About the role
This role is responsible for managing the institute’s research projects and ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee research projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets and adjust as necessary to maintain financial integrity.
- Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, or business).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to research projects.
