Position Summary

The Science Olympiad Coach is responsible for leading, mentoring, and preparing students for participation in the Science Olympiad competition. This role includes developing training sessions, fostering teamwork, and ensuring students are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead training sessions for Science Olympiad teams
• Mentor students to improve their scientific knowledge and skills
• Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration and support
• Ensure students are prepared for the Science Olympiad competition

Requirements

• Experience coaching or mentoring students in science-related activities
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related area
• Experience with Science Olympiad or similar competitions
