Project ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of group, role, etc. The first paragraph: "The Weapons Product Definition (E-11) group is looking for a Science/Engineering Program Manager. E-11 provides model-based system engineering, mechanical design engineering, and computer-aided design (CAD) support to the active stockpile weapons systems, hydrodynamic tests, sub-critical experiments, and related qualification efforts. The successful candidate will provide leadership and overall management of a large E-11 portfolio that is comprised of work performed for multiple programs, including the B61, W76, W78, W88, and W93. The PM is expected to serve as the primary interface between technical leads and program partners, with the ability to help translate mission needs into well-defined requirements, develop funding estimates, and establish and monitor executable schedules. The role requires building trust and consensus across diverse stakeholders, facilitating negotiations, and maintaining proactive, solutions-oriented communication to ensure strong alignment between technical teams and customers. Working with E-DO, you will also help with developing robust metrics and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with transparent, data-driven insights into program performance., and You will also implement risk identification, tracking, and reporting methodology that enables proactive mitigation and clear communication of projects health. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering innovation and strategic program execution, shaping the future of E-11 capabilities." We can put that as About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "E-11 Science/Engineering Program Manager key responsibilities:" bullet list. - Requirements: Minimum Job Requirements: Program Management, Technical Skills, Collaboration, Process Improvements, Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance, Education and Experience. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications: Formal project or program management training or certification (e.g., PMP), Familiarity with MicroStrategy, CRES, Synthesis, pivot tables, Experience supporting DOE/NNSA programs or interacting with federal stakeholders, Active DOE or DoD Security Clearance, Active Sigma-15, Demonstrated initiative in identifying and implementing business process improvements. - Skills: maybe combine technical skills? But we already have Technical Skills under Requirements. Could separate Skills section for things like communication, process improvements? However we must not create thin sections. Might combine Skills into Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for sections if content exists. We have content for Skills: "Ability to understand technical concepts related to E-11 capabilities and customer requirements within the portfolios you support", "Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills", "Ability to serve as the primary spokesperson for a program, reporting status and proactively informing stakeholders of any issues", "Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and implement process improvements". Those are already under Minimum Job Requirements as subpoints. Could keep them under Requirements. - Benefits: The posting includes "Our generous benefits package includes: ..." list. - Pay: Not mentioned. No salary. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Flexible schedules and time off (PTO and holidays)" under benefits, but that's a benefit, not schedule specifics. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits is stated, so include Benefits. Schedule not stated as specific schedule (like full-time, shift). So omit Schedule. - Work Location: Could be part of About the role or separate? Not in list of headings; we could include as a short paragraph under About the role or maybe as its own section? The allowed headings are limited to those listed. Work Location not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. We can fold into About the role as a short sentence. - Position commitment: 1 year. Could be part of About the role or maybe as a note. Not a heading. - Note to Applicants: cover letter instruction. Could be part of About the role? Might be considered application instructions, which we should remove per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So remove Note to Applicants about cover letter. - Also remove Equal Opportunity, Drug Test, Directive 206.2, Clearance details? Clearance is part of Requirements (Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance). The rest about clearance details maybe can be kept as part of Requirements? It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about clearance requirement; it's relevant. We can keep mention that position requires Q clearance and US citizenship. That's part of Requirements. - Remove New-Employment Drug Test etc? That's legal/boilerplate; remove. - Remove Equal Opportunity etc; remove. - Remove "Additional Details Directive 206.2 ..." maybe keep as part of Requirements? It's about employment with Triad requiring favorable decision. Might be considered boilerplate but it's a requirement. Could keep short note. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like programs list, responsibilities list, etc. But we can remove boilerplate like EEO, drug test, equal opportunity, etc. Thus final HTML:

We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. Ensure no extra blank lines? It's fine. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We removed application instructions (cover letter). Removed EEO, drug test, etc. We kept some clearance details in Requirements. We kept position commitment in About the role. We kept work location in About the role. We kept "The position is onsite in Los Alamos, NM and requires a one‑year position commitment." Good. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "Directive 206.2 - Employment with Triad requires a favorable decision by NNSA indicating employee is suitable under NNSA Supplemental Directive 206.2. Please note that this requirement applies only to citizens of the United States. Foreign nationals are subject to a similar requirement under DOE Order 142.3A." This is somewhat substantive but maybe considered boilerplate. It's about employment eligibility. Could be considered part of Requirements? But it's not explicitly a requirement for the role, more about employment. The instruction: remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal directive. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. We didn't include it. We also removed "Clearance: Q (Position will be cleared to this level). Selected applicants will be subject to a background investigation..." We kept ability to obtain Q clearance. The rest about background investigation maybe boilerplate; we omitted. We removed "New-Employment Drug Test" etc. We removed "Equal Opportunity" etc. We removed "Note to Applicants" etc. We removed "Work Location: The work location for this position is onsite and located in Los Alamos, NM
