Responsibilities
- Create a safe and effective learning environment that fosters student curiosity and motivates them to put forth their best efforts.
- Support students to recognize their full potential in all areas of human development and build bridges of communication with parents, families, and community leaders.
- Analyze data to inform and drive instruction, ensuring every graduate moves on to attend college.
- Attend professional development trainings, collaborate with peers and school leaders, and participate in professional trainings to enhance knowledge and educational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Three years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction.
- A commitment to student engagement and success.
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree and certification.

Pay
Competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers) range from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level, and certification status.
Schedule
This is a full-time, full-year exempt position.
