School Van Driver

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring 2 Van Drivers for the Marlborough School District in Hudson, MA.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $24.00/hour (Effective 8/24/26)
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Schedule: Part-time, split shift (AM/PM)
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Guaranteed minimum hours

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• May include assisting students entering/exiting vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.)
• Drive assigned routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we provide training!)
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, & 7D physical
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
