About the role

Provide evaluation, therapy, and documentation for students in accordance with IEPs and state regulations. Support student progress through direct services when appropriate and requested.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff to ensure effective service delivery.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including IEP paperwork and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school functions.

Requirements

• Standard SLP degree required.
• State licensure and certification as per state and facility needs.
• Good communication skills, evaluation and paperwork handling, willingness to supervise SLPAs, and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in evaluation, IEP documentation, and SLPA supervision.
