School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We're seeking School-Based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for exciting opportunities with Beaverton School District in the Hillsboro, OR area for the 2026-2027 school year!
Compensation
- Local Pay: $72/hour
- Travel Package: Up to $3,004.00 per week
- 40 Hours Per Week
- 9-Month School Contract
Position Highlights
- Full school-year assignment through June 2027
- Multiple placement options available across the district
- No case management responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services and complete evaluations
- Work with Life Skills and Special Education student populations

Requirements
- Active Oregon SLP License
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Current CPR (if applicable)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
About the role
The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
