School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student evaluations
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care and physician’s orders

Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Meet all federal, state and local requirements
• At least 18 years of age
