School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position in a school setting located in Beech Grove, IN.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care and physician's orders.

Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x‑ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
